Orders are processed within 1 business day, excluding holidays. Orders placed after noon or at weekends may begin processing the next business day. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking when your order ships, if the shipping method supports it.

We accept returns of eligible items from customers worldwide within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging.

• Contact us before sending anything back, and we’ll confirm how to return it from your country.
• Return postage for change-of-mind returns is your responsibility, unless we tell you otherwise or the law where you live says otherwise.

• For an exchange, contact us first to arrange it.

• If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, let us know straight away.

Your statutory rights: depending on where you live, consumer law may give you additional rights. For example, customers in the UK and EU can usually cancel an online order within 14 days of delivery. These rights apply in addition to our returns policy.
